fantastic stay close to everything

the staff helped me navigate the area with ease. the room was very clean and large. i enjoyed the breakfast that offered a good variety of choices. the hotel is very close to many attractions so i could walk everywhere.
the shower was not very comfortable i wish i had some slippers and a bathrobe.

fresh flower arrangements throughout the hotel added to the atmosphere. the location is close to the arena and train station. this made it easy to walk everywhere. the hotel is recently renovated.

efficient temperatureslight delay
the staff held our luggage after checkout it helped us a lot we could explore more freely before our train i found the air conditioning in the room very efficient it was easy to control the temperature.
i noticed a slight delay at check in but it was promptly resolved

The location was perfect. It was a short walk from both the train station and the arena. Staff members were helpful and always smiling, the breakfast was comprehensive, providing ample choices. I recommend this hotel. It offers great value.
The shower cabin was not very comfortable and the room lacked slippers and a bathrobe. This.

The hotel had a spa though it was fully booked , sadly. I noticed the hotel is close to the train station and to the city center. Parking was easier than expected and the Arena car park was very close.

The location is excellent, near the train station and the arena area! The staff were helpful. I loved the stylish decor in my room. I felt the hotel offered excellent value.
The entrance wasn't great, and there wasn't a lobby to sit and relax in.
